By accessing or using JetVanguard, creating an account, submitting information, uploading files, communicating with users, purchasing memberships, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- onboarding assistance

This may include uploaded inventory spreadsheets, parts information, aircraft compatibility data, images, documents, service information, company information, and airport/location information. Certain listings, profiles, and business information may be visible to other users or displayed within the JetVanguard platform ecosystem.
4. Buyer, Seller, and Service Provider Communications
JetVanguard facilitates connections between aviation buyers, suppliers, maintenance teams, operators, and aircraft service providers. When you submit sourcing requests, inquiries, or messages, certain account and contact information may be shared with relevant users in order to facilitate communication and potential business transactions.
JetVanguard is not responsible for transactions, negotiations, inspections, certifications, service outcomes, shipping arrangements, payment disputes, warranties, export compliance, or agreements between users.
5. Referral Programs and Promotional Participation
JetVanguard may offer referral programs, founder programs, promotional pricing, invite codes, account credits, discounts, or related promotional participation opportunities.
Participation information may be stored to manage:
- referral tracking

- billing credits

Referral Credits
- have no cash value
- are non-transferable
- apply only toward JetVanguard billing
- may be modified, denied, reversed, suspended, or removed at JetVanguard’s discretion

JetVanguard Workspace and Software Services
JetVanguard provides cloud-based software services, including JetVanguard Workspace, to assist aviation businesses with customer relationship management (CRM), sales tracking, estimates, invoices, payments, scheduling, document management, inventory management, task management, team collaboration, communications, workflow automation, AI-assisted features, and related business operations. These services apply to the current JetVanguard Marketplace and Workspace as well as future JetVanguard software products and aviation business services offered under the JetVanguard brand.
Information submitted through JetVanguard Workspace may include:
- account information
- company information
- contact information
- uploaded documents
- inventory information
- communications
- transaction records
- other business information necessary to provide the services
JetVanguard may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, payment processing, communications, cloud storage, analytics, and software integrations in order to operate, secure, improve, and support the platform.
AI-Powered Features and Services
JetVanguard may provide AI-powered features within the Platform, including AI assistants, conversational interfaces, automated workflows, chat functionality, voice-enabled functionality, content generation, summarization, analysis, recommendations, and other AI-assisted capabilities. Some AI-powered features may be included with a subscription, while others may be optional, separately purchased, usage-based, or subject to additional fees.
When users interact with AI-powered features, JetVanguard and its service providers may process information submitted to or made available to those features, which may include:
- prompts and instructions
- messages and conversation content
- Workspace records and business information
- uploaded files or documents
- contact and transaction information
- voice or audio input where voice-enabled services are used
- transcripts of AI-powered conversations
- technical and usage information
Information is processed as necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the applicable Platform functionality, subject to JetVanguard’s agreements with its service providers and applicable law. AI-powered features may use third-party technology and service providers to process information on JetVanguard’s behalf.
Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority, permissions, notices, and consents before submitting personal information, confidential information, recordings, communications, or information concerning other individuals to AI-powered features.
For voice-enabled or conversational AI functionality, communications may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, or processed by automated systems where permitted by law. Appropriate notice or consent may be required depending on the jurisdiction and manner in which the service is used.
AI-powered features may evolve over time, and the types of information processed depend upon the particular AI service selected and used. JetVanguard may use third-party technology providers to deliver certain AI-powered features and services. Information submitted to or made available through those features may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide the applicable functionality and in accordance with applicable agreements, privacy terms, and data-processing practices. JetVanguard does not independently use customer business data, conversations, documents, or confidential information to develop or train its own public foundation AI models. The handling, retention, and use of information by third-party AI providers may vary depending on the particular service or feature used.

JetVanguard does not sell personal information. We may share information:

However, no platform, transmission method, storage system, or website can be guaranteed completely secure. Use of JetVanguard is at your own risk.
12. JetVanguard Free Tools and Local Data Processing
JetVanguard may provide free tools, applications, calculators, diagnostics, spreadsheet utilities, assessments, reports, and other interactive resources.
Some JetVanguard Free Tools are designed to process files or information locally within the user’s web browser. When a Free Tool expressly states that data is processed locally, the applicable file contents or business data are processed on the user’s device and are not uploaded to or stored by JetVanguard as part of that processing.
Certain Free Tools may separately request contact or business information, such as an email address, first name, company name, or similar information. When submitted, this information may be transmitted to JetVanguard and stored in our customer relationship management, analytics, or related business systems.
JetVanguard may use information collected through Free Tools to provide the requested tool or resource, manage contacts and inquiries, understand use of our services, improve our tools and platform, communicate with users where permitted, and support our business operations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise within a particular Free Tool, JetVanguard does not intentionally collect or store the contents of locally processed inventory spreadsheets or similar files through the Free Tool.
Users should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information they are not authorized to process, export-controlled information, or other data that they do not have the right to provide or process through a JetVanguard Free Tool.
The specific processing behavior of a Free Tool may also be described within that tool. Where a Free Tool states that file processing occurs locally, that statement applies to the file-processing functionality described, while separately submitted contact information may still be transmitted to JetVanguard as described above.
13. International Users and GDPR Information
JetVanguard operates primarily from the United States. If you access JetVanguard from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
If you are located within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

Users should not upload restricted or unauthorized information in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
17. Children’s Privacy
JetVanguard is intended for business and professional aviation use and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. JetVanguard does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

JetVanguard may contain links to third-party websites or services. JetVanguard is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites or services.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
