A spreadsheet is not automatically the problem
Spreadsheets remain useful throughout aviation. They are flexible, familiar and often contain years of valuable inventory information. JetVanguard does not assume that using a spreadsheet means a business has been doing something wrong. The problem usually appears when the information becomes difficult to maintain, inconsistent, hard to share, or disconnected from the sourcing and sales activity that depends on it. That is why JetVanguard starts with the inventory a seller already has rather than requiring a completely new starting point.
The quality of the file still matters
Two inventory spreadsheets can look similar while being very different operationally.
